We're a young couple looking to fill a room in our apartment, as our current housemate is moving out.
Lease is until June 2014, but if it doesn't work out you won't be locked in.
The apartment is a 5 minute walk to the Florey shops, and about a 20 minute walk to Belconnen mall. Also, the 315 bus stops at the front of the complex.
1st floor (top floor), private, at quiet end of complex.
Fresh, clean, light living area.
Rest of house is furnished. Vacant bedroom is unfurnished, with built in robe.
Shared use of study/third bedroom if wanted.
Privacy assured, bedrooms at opposite ends of unit.
Shared bathroom with separate toilet.
Lock up garage available.
Price flexible depending on use of garage/study. Looking at about $150-180 per week, plus 1/3 of bills (including unlimited wifi), as well as small, up front security bond.
We are a quiet couple who both work/study, so someone who prefers peace and quiet at home is desired.
