Female working professional looking for tidy, easy-going, educated female working professional in late 20s to late 30s, as housemate in sunny 4 bedroom house in Melba.
Other 2 bedrooms are study/sewing/guest rooms. House is light, spacious, meticulously clean and huge backyard is fabulous for reading in the sun or having a BBQ! Full gym set up available for your use at home! Veggie patch is in progress and you are welcome to partake in the gardening. Close to Westfield, Belconnen and Lake Gindinderra.
Right beside a gorgeous park in quiet cul-de-sac. New floors (carpeted in bedrooms), new kitchen and bathroom (with bath and separate shower). Indoor/outdoor cat who is very friendly will be the third occupant (sorry, no other pets).
Looking for someone who is a non-smoker, very tidy and clean and would be up for watching the occasional movie together. Definitely not a party house but do enjoy cooking a dinner or having BBQs with friends occasionally! I would like to consider myself friendly, courteous, healthy and organised. If you like exercising together (running, cycling, swimming), that would be awesome!
